  • 5 table spoon semoline
  • 3 glasses milk
  • 3 tablespoon honey (you can increase according to demand)
  • 1 tea glass coconut
  • 1 lemon zets (can be orange or tangerine)


  • Add 3 cups of milk to a pot.
  • Add 5 tablespoons semolina, lemon zest.
  • Turn on the heat and after 3-4 minutes, add the remaining ingredients coconut and lemon zest.
  • Stir on the stove until it boils. (Stir constantly so that it does not hold the bottom).
  • Add the honey after you get it from the oven.
  • Finally, share this mixture you have prepared in bowls, glasses or cups that you will serve.
  • You can decorate it as you wish or leave it plain.
