Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg beef
  • 300 gram tail fat
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 dessert spoon thyme
  • ½ dessert spoon ground black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon tomato paste
  • 4 cloves of grated garlic

Instructions
 

  • Firstly , chop the beef into small pieces and put them in a bowl and add the milk
  • Chop the tail fat like beef
  • Cover the bowl with a stretch film and rest the meat in the fridge for 6 hours
  • Take the meats out of the bowl and put it another bowl
  • Add olive oil , red pepper flakes , salt , thyme , ground black pepper , tomato paste , grated garlic and knead it
  • Then , cover the bowl again with a stretch film and rest it in the fridge for 2 hours
  • Put the meat on the skewers and put 2 pieces tail fat on each skewers
  • You can put tomatoes , peppers and onions on the skewers
  • And cook the meats on the barbecue for 30 minutes
