Mushroom Saute Recipe (Mantar Sote Tarifi)
- 1 pack mushrooms
- 2 onions (medium)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 peppers
- chili pepper
- black pepper
- thyme (optional)
- 1 dessert spoon tomato paste (optional)
- parsley (optional)
- • First, finely chop the onion, garlic and peppers.
- After cleaning the mushrooms, chop them in medium size.
- Pour olive oil into the pan, add the onion and fry for 1 minute.
- Add garlic and pepper and fry.
- Then add the mushrooms, mix them and fry them on medium heat.
- Stir from time to time until drain the water.
- Peel and grate the tomatoes.
- When the mushrooms are drained, add the tomatoes, water and spices and mix.
