Haricot Bean Salad Recipe (Piyaz Tarifi)
- 1 cup beans
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 1 boiled egg (optional)
- Put the beans in the pan and boil.
- Controlled boil the beans so that they are not too soft.
