Ingredients
  

  • ready dough
  • curd cheese
  • parsley
  • salt

For frying

  • oil

Instructions
 

  • First, divide/cut the phyllo dough into 12 equal pieces in the form of triangles.
  • Finely chop the parsley.Prepare the filling ingredients by mixing it with curd cheese. (you can add groundred pepper or ground black pepper if you want)
  • Add the cheese mixture to the lower end (large part) of each triangular phyllo dough with the help of a spoon.
  • Bend the edges of the dough inward so that the cheeses do not fall out and wrap it in a roll.
  • Wet the tip slightly with water and close the pastry . In this way, the pastry will not open.
  • Fry these ready made pastries  in hot oil.
  • The spring rolls are ready, bon appetit.
