Ingredients
  

  • 12 Lamp chop
  • 1 carrot (optiona)
  • 1 eggplant (optional)
  • 1 red pepper (optional)
  • 4 cherry tomatos (optional)
  • rosemary

For the marinate

  • 1/2 teaglass sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon yoghurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon red paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
 

  • For the marinate, mix sunflower oil, pepper paste, yogurt, mustard and other spices in a deep bowl.
  • Wait in this sauce with lamb chops for 3-4 hours.
  • While the chopsteaks are marinated, burn the barbecue and place the wire shelf on it and wipe with an onion.
  • Place the chopsteaks is collated with the sauce on the wire shelf and cook.
  • Roast the pre-sliced eggplant, carrot and red pepper on a barbecue. Place the vegetables on the platter and place the chopsteaks on and garnish with cherry tomatoes and rosemary.
