Apple Fit Cake ( Diyet kek)
- Baking Tray
- Cake tin
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 50 ml olive oil ( if youdo not want to , you may not add oil for diet.)
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1 packet baking powder (10 gram)
- 1,5 glasses wholemealflour or wholewheat flour
- 1 apple ( you can add half of an apple more )
- 75 gram walnut
- 75 gram raisin
- 1 tea spoon cinnanmon
- Firstly , whisk the egg until it turns white.
- Add molasses on top of the egg and continue whisking.
- Add the oil and milk and whisk again.
- Then , add cinnamon , baking powder and vanilla and mix .
- Add flour little by little (you can increase or decrease flour according to stiffness.)
- Grate the apple and add the apple , walnut and raisin onthe dough.
- Spread the butter all over the cake tin and pour the dough evenly.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven. After 30 minutes ,check if it is cooked with a toothpick or fork.
